Junior Reserve Lieutenant

To receive a certificate confirming the assignment of the initial officer rank "Junior Reserve Lieutenant", please order it by phone at +38 (044) 521-32-89 from Monday to Thursday. Certificates are issued on Wednesday of the following week from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:00 (room 201). To receive the certificate, you must come in person and have your passport and registration certificate with you.

Document Submission


  1. Apply to the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support (TCRSS) at your place of residence to submit an application and receive a referral for a military medical commission.
  2. Prepare the applicant's personal file at the TCRSS.
  3. Send the applicant's personal file to the Admissions Committee of the Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
  4. Receive a call with the date of arrival at the Military Institute for registration (approximately at the beginning of July).
  5. Arrive at the specified time to submit your application and take the professional entrance examinations (4E Akademika Hlushkova Ave., Room 24, Kyiv). Applicants may submit up to five applications for different specialties of the Military Institute.
  6. Successfully pass the entrance examinations.
  7. Wait for the publication of ranking lists (approximately by July 29).
  8. Submit original documents for the chosen specialty within the established timeframe.
  9. Enrollment of the applicant for study.
